How do you load ISO's on 3.40 OE-A FW

The thread title says all.
I just got it upgraded and now I can't play any games that i used to play when it was back on 3.10 OE-A FW. Any thing that i need to change?
For example when I load a ISO a message comes up saying, "The game could not be started. (80020321)".
Any advise please post back with a solution.

Man all u have to do is go to the recovery mode. and change it to no UMD disabled and play the game with an UMD inside ur psp. It can be any if u didn't know.
