I have been trying to Bridge to Terebithia and keep getting a problem with Vts 01_1.VOB. Any ideas why that is happening. I cleaned the disc over and over and thought that was the problem and still the same errors.

STILWILL,
You really need to be using DVDFab Decrypter for all of your ripping now a days. Even though DVD Decrypter was and still is a good program it just won't handle any of the newer movies anymore. So get DVDFab Decrypter and save yourself some headaches GET FAB DECRYPTER By clicking here

I have used DVDFab Decrypter and DVD Shrink and I am unable to backup this movie to disk.
Everytime I insert a blank DVD it gives me an error that there is not enough space to burn this compilation.
I have tried two different brands of DVDs and two on two systems.
Space of movie is listed as 4464MB.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I have used ripit4me with DVD Decrypter and used Nero to compress the movie, also used imgburn to burn the movie. I didn't have any problems. I like to use various softwares (free).

@daaboodaa,
Try adjusting your target size in Shrink to something like 4350 MB.
edit--->preferences---->target dvd size---->click on little box and go down to custom-----> type in the size for your dvd you want on the right

Issue fixed. I tried a third brand of DVD and it worked.
Brand that worked Memorex.
Brands that didn't work
HP Lightscribe
Philips
Strange because I have never had issue with them before.
Thanks for the suggestion though

I am trying to make this movie for my kids so they can have a copy at home and at grandmas house.First I tried with Shrink and when it analysed the disk it had only 2 files in the main movie section with like 11 minutes on one and 14 minutes on the other. When I use Shrink I always just drag the main movie part over to the left side and click backup then use decrypter to write with. Then I tried DVDFab HD decrypter and clicked on main movie and hit start.Like 12 minutes later it was done but had only done 9.24 mbs.Any help would be great.

hmmm, this movie is only just appearing on cinemas here in UK, it could be that DVDFab isn't able to cope with this film yet. Try Full Disc mode and then see if Shrink can do it's thing....

Okay, everyone on here seems rather skilled at burning dvds, I am warning you now that I am not. I know computers, but never bothered with dvd's until now.
I have burnt several dvds with no problem using random free trial programs. I am trying to find a program that will work for all dvds, even protected ones.
Current problem is Bridge to Terabithia....I have tried everything on the net, nothing is working. I admit that it could be user error, however I can't find anywhere that gives me a step by step on how to do it.
I know it takes dvd shrink/dcryptor, but I get errors.
Can someone give me the official names of the programs I need along with step by step instructions?
Thanks!

Thank you!
I was able to finally burn it last night.
I used AnyDVD first, and kept it in the background.
Then analyzed and backed it up to my harddrive with DVDShrink.
Then used ImgBurn to take the Video file and "build" (it told me to do that, not sure why)
Then used ImgBurn to burn the files that it just "built" onto a dvd.
It worked out just fine.
Would DVD Fab work the same as DVD Shrink?
Thanks,
Jess

Another question....
My ANY Dvd trial is up tomorrow, because it's taken me 21 days to burn this silly dvd.
Is there another program like it that provides a free trial?

Thanks again for all your help!
I may be sounding repetative with these questions. I am not computer illiterate, just dvd burning illiterate. (sure hope I spelled that right, lol).
So, DVD Fab will work just like ANY Dvd?
So I can then do this process:
Dvd Fab for Ripping
DVD Shrink for Shrinking and Backing up to Harddrive
Image burn to convert and then burn
Like I said, sorry to sound like a total idiot, I am just so thankful to have finally found people who can help me.lol
