What's up?!!

I have (ten) Cingular 3g sim cards that are in

original packaging [you know, the plastic card], but when I popped

one out and put it in a phone it said "sim registration failed",

which means either the phone was reported lost/stolen, or the sim

card is expired (right?). I tried the same card in 3 different

phones, so I know the sim card is expired; and I'm betting so are the

other nine.

What can I do about this? I am totally unfamiliar with any cable

methods- I've always unlocked nokias via restriction codes. If I took

them into Cingular [AT&T] do you think they would

unlock them all?

Any input is appreciated.
