Hi. I recently bought a Nokia 6230 off Ebay. The phone is supposedly a Cingular phone and I am subscribed to the Cingular/AT&T service. However, when I insert my SIM, I still get the standard "restricted" message. Is it possible to still need an unlocking code (or has the phone simply been misrepresented?)

My unlocking info is:

Nokia 6230
355032001887730
US
Cingular/AT&T
