I just got an xbox360 today and a game. For some reason I cant play the game, it said I need a HD. I dont have any money left to spend for the HD. So I'm asking if I could play games without a HD. I'm a xbox noob so please dont flame me. >.<

No,it is not possibel to play original Xbox games on a 360 without a Hard Drive....

No,try getting a 20gb 360 hard drive on ebay.They go for like $50, saves you half:)

To add a little more detail, the 360 uses emulation, not hardware, for backwards compatibility. The emulator needs to either be downloaded to the 360's hdd through Live or you can go to Xbox.com and download it to your pc, burn it to a cd, then install it on the 360.

Either way, the emulator can only be installed onto a licensed 360 hdd. Also, not every xbox 1 title will play on the 360. There is a list on xbox.com of playable games.
