update screen frozen..Help

im trying to do system update via internet.

when i get to screen that says connect controller using USB it seems to have frozen up.

i tried all the USB ports and it is unresponsive when I press the PS button. this looks bad please help.

Turn off your PS3 and try it again.

heres the solutino to those who still dont know how to fix

turn off ps3, press reset button at back on controller, and then turn on ps3, it should now work
