I entered the code without a sim in and nothing happened. I put a t-mobile sim in and it said phone restricted. I hit undo and entered the code the phone then only replied phone restricted and stayed like that without the option of undo. What should I do?

You will have to get the phone unlocked directly with hardware m8.
