ntsc in a pal region HELP!

I got an old ps2 (30001) that in NTSC but i live in israel so everything in here is PAL! All the games i got ps2 and ps1 are PAL. I tried getting swap magic but they only sell the PAL version and because i live in a small town i cant find anyone in my area that installs chips! What can i do?????

p.s: I tought of doing the cogswap exploit using my friends chiped ps2 but i dont have any ps1 game in NTSC... will it work anyway? or is there somthing else i can do?

Anyway, modding is VERY VERY popular in israel. And...

they sell all sorts of modchips. Including the NTSC version of Swap Magic.
