How do I install a Samsung Drive to my 360?

Ok, I have a 360 with a Hitachi DVD Drive. I just bought the Samsung M25 and want to install it to my 360, but am not sure what I need to do.

I have the 360 open and ready, I just need to know how to go about swapping my DVD Drive. (I know it's not as simple as unplug hitachi, then plug in samsung.)

Could someone please let me know how I need to go about hooking up a Samsung Drive to my original 360?
