psp homebrew on different versions?

i was wondering what homebrew would be available to different psp versions. Primarily, i want to know if open edition psp versions run homebrew as a 1.5 psp would, and if so, specifically does 3.03 oe-c run homebrew the same way, because i honestly want to get a psp that can run homebrew(primarily emulators for gba,snes,etc.), and psx games :-)

Yes it runs it the same if not better. 3.XXoe have all the features off the normal psp firmware with the addition of being able to run homebrew. Btw 1.5 is an old firmare now so you wont be able to play up-to-date games, with 3.XXoe it keeps updated and therefore you wont need to update to play more recent games :).
