Use IDE Hard Drive for Xbox 360?

Is it possible to use an IDE hard drive ro USB FLASH as the storage device for the system to store game saves, xbox live content etc?
Sorry if this has already been answered but Im a TOTAL N00B with XBOX! lol

u cant use this for downloads but u can connect it as an external drive for playing music and vids, you could hack the hard drive, get a 120 gb sata and replace the 20gb, you need sertian files, i think you can get them from xbox-scene.com
