HELP With Customizing my topmenu

ok, so i want to generate my own custom topmenu, with pictures from "My Pictures". so, i convert all the photos i want to 64 X 64 and bitmap images, but when i put them through mt topmenu generator, they come up as the default topmenu from the topmenu creator. i know that when it happens, you have to try again becuase it doesnt work, but i have tried five times. i also deleted the topmenu file twice and created a new one after it generated. i just need a little insight please. thanks!

Try downloading a pre-made theme and then changing the icons with RCO editor.
