there is a little black switch in your ps2 for slim its in the top middle tool c needs to push it down for it to not detect u opening the case its better to open it to know what I'm talking about

Yeah, I know that... Making another thread for it doesn't help solve the problem faster. You basically need to hold down the switch using Key C.

Edit: or use the tissue and tape mod.

The only other solution I can think of to fix that problem with the broken magic switch is to solder the points in but that's hard enough to do if you don't have any experience in soldering at all, and it's not an easy task to do solely on instruction. It's as hard as soldering a mod-chip, but it is possible.

my fault for not explaining it good its the gray button it fell off the internal board how do i put it on.
