Pls help noob with MDS file

I have this MDS file and a few files ending with .I00, .I01 and so on. Tried to mount the image with Daemon but it kept saying "Invalid image file". Tried couple of other things like Alcohol, IsoBuster, DVD Encrypter but none was able to mount or burn the image. Can anyone help with this pls? And what should the text inside the MDS file say?

You set DVD Decrypter to 'ISO Write' and selected the MDS file and it wouldn't burn the image?

No, it won't burn. I got this msg "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect".
