i have psp version 3.40 sony edition,may problem when i turn off my psp then i turn it on by holding the R botton,i can not see a recovery mode.i try to download the hebrew recovery but can not work,pls help me how to put a recovery mode in my psp 3.40 sony edition

Recovery mode is only available to those with custom firmware. You, unfortunately, hav upgraded to a firmware that cant be downgraded. So, no custom firmware=no recovery mode = no homebrew goodness.
