my psp is running on 3.03 oe-c and i was wondering how to put custom icons or a theme pack on my psp

I'm sorry mate but your breaking the rules asking this question. The afterdawn rules state:

I think it would be safe to say that you either have not read the rules, or chosen to break them. I may be acting a little too harsh but im tired of answering this question. I only help people who want to help themselves. You clearly do not.

wow....ok, you should probably open the "readme" file that came with your theme package, otherwise yeah, make sure you search the threads first..its probably stickied somewhere.
