Modchip to bypass XBL coming soon?

is there any modchips that are comming out that can be used with XBL?
Also can chipping the xbox make it not work or become faulty?

im not sure that there is a modchip right now or ever that will bypass microsoft xbox live checks and chipping the console can damage it and so can flashing, but if u do it rite then its well worth it, mine has the samsung drive and is flashed with 5.2 firmware and i havent been banned for xbl . YET!!
