I don't know why, but the thumbnail images associated with my videos wouldn't show up in my PSP. I maybe doing something wrong when I save my videos, therefore, I'm gonna tell you how I usually save my videos:

I save my MP4 videos, as well as the thumbnail images associated with it, in a folder called "VIDEO" in my memory stick. That folder is NOT inside the "PSP" folder. Though the movies play just fine, the thumbnail images wouldn't show up for some reason...

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.

as long as you have a matching .THM file with your mp4-you should be good-

For the VIDEO folder to accept thumbnails, you need firmware 3.30.

In the video folder, a thumbnail must be 160x120 and .JPG. In VIDEO, thumbnails remain JPG.
