took my ps2 case off did tool E and the gray button to the power switch fell of what do i do

well open it up and put it back in, when you closed it you didn't close it tight enough, make sure its in place

If by "the gray to the internal board fell off" you are referring to the solder that hold the micro switch in place, then no, super glue wont help you. I have resoldered the micro chip back onto the PCB a few time with great success, but if you are unskilled in this area purchasing a replacement switch might be your best solution.

what points do i solder in,cant i screw it back in,because he turned it on with the stick stuff from the magic keys and go it turned on hes good with tech stuff but idk about soldering he told me to get super glue and make sure its touching metal

Well from the vagueness of your posts I'm still not 100% sure we are talking about the same thing. But if you trust your friend then go for it. But here is a little info for you, super glue is not conductive and will not replace solder. But if it works then hell who cares, if not you can always just buy a new switch.

i would not at all suggest the supper glue, it can chip off and magle up some other part, soldering is not that bad

i think this are my options i can solder the metal sides on the metal interanal part of the board or i can glue the middle to the metal

i think this are my options i can solder the metal sides on the metal internal part of the board or i can glue the middle of the gray switch to the metal internal board and when the metal sides stick to the internal board it should work

ya, make sure no connetion needs to be made, glue is not a conducter (you know this, it wont pass on any current)
