Hi,

I have had a dbox for nearly 6 months but and until about two days ago the remote control stopped working.
Ive replaced the batteries but it still doesnt work.
Tried all the buttons on it but nothing.

It is a Sagem D-Box with Neutrino software.

I have also got no standby light on.

Could this be the problem and if so what do i do?

Try opening your remote and see if there is a loose connection.


Alternatively, buy a new remote.

Opened it up and had a look around, everything seemed ok but i pushed the LED light at the top out a bit further, replaced the cover and it now works.
