out of memory error?

my problem is that DVD Shrink gives an "out of memory error". my problem is not ripping a dvd. what i did was convert a couple of movies of dbz and put them through dvdlab to create some menus and other stuff and when i try to back it up with dvdshrink it gives me the "out of memory error". I already have done this with other movies and work well, but with this movie i can't do it. here is a pic of the problem:
