Well I'm sure I'm stating something that has been said a bunch but I think the best combo is DVDShrink........assuming it still can do all the DVD decryption. If not, you can run for free DVDFab Decryptor Express for free ! Use this as a front end to DVD Shrink and just point to the HDD folders where the IFO/VOBs are from Express. Then use DVD Shrink as you know and love !

I feel the best combo is what ever works for you. For me its DVDFab Decrypter Express and CloneDVD2.
