Lol dude, search that on google and get 500+ pages saying you can't. Unless you get a modchip or a new motherboard like chanman said.

the firmware i install was a custom firmware does that mean anything?

format your memory stick and then ad the iso files to the ISO folder in the memory stick... if you want places to download games, go look somewhere else.

i dont want games its ok so i just format it and thats it do i have to download any other programs at all? for anything

No need of anything else, go to your PSP, go to the First Icon (I always forget the name), then select Memory Stick and then select Format Memory Stick, soemthing like that, format it and you will get the ISO folder inside the stick, just copy paste isos and csos to that and youa re done.
