no isos runing on custom firmware 3.40 ???? help please

i installed custom firmware 3.40 and i cant get any isos to run i can see them but when i try to play them it goes the game could not be started please help

i dont have a game umd with me i have a movie umd and its in it i dont no whats going on this is not as easy as i was thinking
