Wow, Things have been going so good with me that I haven't been on here in forever. Ok enough of that.

Last week I tried to back up (The Holiday) with DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter with AnyDVD. And I got the error:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to read file"D:\"

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

So I took it out and Put in another movie and it worked fine.
So I just walked away and gave up. The morning I thought I would try again. I backed up Music & Lyrics(worked great , no problems). I had a smile. So I tried my luck and put in The Pursuit of Happyness. And I got the same error as before. I have been looking thur the forum and I haven't seen this lately. Also I did updat my AnyDVD to the newest version and still didn't work.

Please so one help me.

It won't let me get that far. My problem is when you try to open the movie to be anyalis in DVD Shrink, that is when I get my error. I think Any DVD is working right, I know that The Holiday is a Sony movie and The Pursuit is Columbia Pictures. Also When I put in The Pursiut movie, I sounds weird when it is reading it with AnyDVD. But Sound fine when I did Music & Lyrics(which worked fine)

I meant use 'AnyDVD' to rip the disk before using DVD Shrink.
I have seen this problem before with this movie and it was solved by right clicking on the fox and using it to rip the disk.
