i wanna make mod chips umm any good site to teach me how dont say to expensive i got the money thank you any info is appreciated

By "make" I'm assuming you mean "buy"? Unless you're referring to the open source Wii chips (but then why would you post here?).

If you really want to "make" a modchip, then posting in a forum where people are having trouble copying DVD's isn't your best bet.
