I dont know what is going on. I have a Matrix inside. EvolutionX setting is ok, I had to make some changes from the menu. I used FlashFXP and crossover cable. IP of computer is not the same as my Xbox IP. Each time I tried to FTP to my Xbox, it says time out...I dont understand, I need your help.

I've got the same problem as you! am using an XBIT chip in my 1.3 xbox have it connected to a hub to which my pc is connected and i cant get any ommunication between the two (i cant even ping) ip addresses etc are set up properly on both (i have followed every guide under the sun!)

I got Slayers v2.1. Everything work perfectly now. Good explanations, very good program.

heyyy welcome to the club :-D

same with me
everytime I tried to FTP to xbox
I got the message time out
retrying in 120 seconds blah blah

tried with hub with no succes
tried with an ols crossover cable and nothing happens

xbox ftp is 192.168.0.1

put the pc on 192.168.0.0 , 192.168.0.2 , 192.168.0.3 and 192,168,0,1 and none of those ips can FTP to xbox
