my frnd bought me a motorola v3x (( 3 mobile) ) frm australia it has a hardware problem ..let me where it can be repaired in india...motorola sercice center people said that they don't have compatable ic's in india..so let me where can I get repaired in hyd or b'lore?

the problem was the mobile will not switch on and service centre people flash it when they connect to pc it will work , after disconnecting frm pc , after 15 the mobile automatically switched off , the service centre people told that there is a technical problem with that flasing Ic and we don't know how to rectify it, better consult who knows abt V3x well..even I showed in b'lore motorola service center they told that it has some problem with flasing Ic they don't have compatable Ic as V3x is not released in india officially, could anybody of u plz provide me the solution .....
