Nero API version: 7.0.0.0
You may want to update Nero
Stable version of Nero v 7.5.9.0a
*edit in Nero links
Lastest version Nero v 7.9.6.0
Memory in use: 51 %
Try not to do much else when burning with Nero.
Nero is a hog (my opinion).
RITEK, Media Type ID: D01 may not be the best media choice.
See quality link.
Medium in drive: unknown.
I not sure if this a problem or not.
Wait til you made the other changes and see.

This may be the media again.
CDRALW2K.SYS
This is trouble. It is a Roxio driver.
Roxio and Nero don't play well together. Unisntall Roxio and run the clean tool.

I took a glance at those links, thanks but they seem to be trial versions. If I am gonna use it i would like it to be a full version. The latest version link seemed ok but it is for the ultra edition enhanced. I don't know if that would jive with my version.
Also, the type of media I'm using is Fujifilm. Does Ritek manufacture them? I have used them before.

If you bought Nero your serial number will unlock later versions (like 7.9.6.0 ).
If you looked at the link "See quality link" in the last post, you would see DVD-R-ritek-d01-2-4/3694" target="_blank">Fujifilm listed.
Yes, Fujifilm puts their name on Ritek discs.
A common practice for most but not all.
Look for "branded" media.
As for burning software for DVDs, I use DVD Decrypter or Imgburn.
I use Nero for CDs, data disc or boot discs.

OK, so I used DVD Shrink and was given advice to get rid of Roxio. I then tried the burn again and it worked!! Hallelujah!! It worked!! I guess the difference was Roxio was gone and the trial version of Nero 7.9 I used the same media and the same video files that were created before.

Ok, so I got rid of the trial version of Nero 7.9 and used my old 7.0 version. I know, you're probably thinking, Why would you do that?! But I wanted to be sure that it was my Nero 7.0 and not Roxio or something else. I zapped Roxio and used Nero 7.0 to burn a disc, and it worked!! I also got rid of DVD Decrypter and downloaded ImgBurn, on advice that it was slightly better, and newer.
Anyways, thanks a lot for all your help. If I have any more issues you guys will be the ones I call, for sure.

I guess my issue is personal with Nero. i prefer to use Nero to burn because I have the option of building menus and stuff. There are times when I just wanna burn the files as is, but there are times when I would like to add a menu; especially when there are multiple video files involved. But ImgBurn looks like a good tool, for sure. I say looks because I haven't had the chance to use it yet.
