Final Fantasy XII FMV skipping patch?

A frequent problem with FFXII on HDloader was the annoying skipping of fmv cutscenes. Ive done some research to maybe find a patch for the NTSC version, only finding one for the NTSC-J version. Was there ever a fix for the cutscene skipping problem?

There was actually a fixed patch for the FF12 Jpn version? As far as I know, there won't be a patch for quite some time for either of them.
