I used pirate bay and morpheus to get a full psp game.
it came with a folder with about a gig of files and a bin file.
i put the .bin in note pad and it gave me a common folder name with extra charictors. UCES-00420|16359FE6820864E5|0001|G |thats what it said so i renamed the main folder to UCES-00420 but it still said it was corrupt. the files inside are prx among other varieties. is this an iso and how do i get it to work psp-3.11 4gb

what game are u trying to download and i 3.11 cannot have homebrew. that includes playing ISO

Same thing happened to me. i downloaded a game usong BitComet and when i copied it to my PSP it said CORRUPTED DATA. So here is what you need to do:
step1. wait for the 3.11 downgrader and downgrade it to 1.50
step2. upgrade your 1.50 to custom firmware like 3.03oe or 3.10 oe-c
step3. Now you can play PS1 games and downloaded games
