I NEED HELP BURNING THE IMAGES

i downloaded fifa 07, it downloaded a folder with about 30 files these files are about each 46 mb. i opened it using alcohol but i dont know what to do form there help me plz............

Download and install WinRAR. Then select the first file of the 30 and right click on it and select extract. After it is done an iso file should appear then burn with Alcohol. Enjoy.
