How to Update Wii PAL to 2.2E without the Net

Just wondering if there were any games (PAL) that could update a PAL Wii to 2.2E. Please note that I can't get online with the Wii so cannot update online.

Please note before you post that Mario Strikers PAL is 2.1E..

First games I can find coming out in PAL territories that are comfirmed with 2.2E on them will be Big Brain Academy (20.07.2007) & Mario Pary 8 (13.07.2007)..

I know (Pangya! Golf with Style) has an update on the game disc. I don't know for sure if it is 2.1E or 2.2E it was released after Mario Strikers so it might have 2.2E on it.
