Adding plugins to mem stick in 3.40 OE-A

How do i add plugins to my 3.40 OE-A PSP. on my mem stick, i have a folder called "SEPLUGINS" and i have the plugin "baterysave.prx" in there but when i go to activate it in recovery mode i dont see it in there. Any advice/Tips?
