ISO Does not work in 3.40 OE A

Ok, I have an .iso file that I'm trying to load. I have it in the ISO folder, set up everything in CONFIGURATION in recovery, and I have a UMD in it, etc etc etc... But then when I load it off of the mem stick, it goes blank and crashes. Any ideas?
