Are you able to rip the movie from the original disc with no problems? If so, I would view parts of the movie after you rip it to make sure that it ripped fine and the menus all work correctly. If ripping is not a problem and the movie files will fit onto a single layer disc, you can just backup in ISO mode within Shrink and use Imgburn to burn with. There will be no reason to shrink the files in this case. If the resulting files are larger than 4450 mb, you can shrink them just enough to put them onto a single layer disc, if that is what you are using. If they are considerably larger, say 5800 mb or larger, I would use VobBlanker and blank out all the exra junk to bring the file sizes down so your compression % will be higher to minimize video loss. I would suggest losing Nero and using Imgburn to burn with from now on.
BTW -- Shrink doesn't burn, it shrinks files and transcodes them for your burning software.

Try that, hope it works for you.
