Hi guys I just wanted to add my 2 cents (it really is 2 cents :P)

I had the problem where after I insert the Breaker Pro CD, it would take about a minute to get to the Playstation Logo, then it would just stay there forever. I looked throught the forums but could not find a solution.

Then I tried tilting the PS2 from horizontal to vertical while it was booting and voila, it worked!
