up till today ive been using devhook 0.45 with usbhost; however, since i upgrade to custom firmware, i dont know if i would still be able to run back up isos through usb cable. if anyone has any suggestions or solutions plz help this newb out.

Now that you're on 3.40 OE-A, you don't need DevHook anymore! Just copy the games in the ISO folder in the root of your PSP. And yes, you can (to your question).
