What should I be upgrading to, what are good versions right now?

Also, can I get some step by step instructions, written in the capacity that a 8 year old would understand on how to upgrade from 3.03OE-C.

Well 3.40oe-a is pretty good. Just go to download.qj.net and go to PSP>>firmwares and find 3.40oe-a. Download and open using WinRAR. Place the oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% folder into the Game150 folder. Then on the same site find the 1.50 and 3.40 updates and download them. Rename them to 150.PBP and 340.PBP and place them in the oeupdmaker folder(not the % folder!). Then run the program from your PSP. It should generate a DATA.DXAR file in the oeupdmaker folder. Then copy the 340oeflasher and 340oeflasher% folders into the Game150 folder. Then place the DATA.DXAR file into the 340oeflasher folder (NOT the one with the %). BE SURE BATTERY IS AT 75% OR MORE WITH CHARGER PLUGGED IN BEFORE DOING THE NEXT STEP!. Run the program on your PSP. You should now have a 3.40oe-a PSP. Enjoy!=]
