Hi, I am having major problems with my computer . This nasty virus has taken over my internet explorer , it keeps opening new webpages which ask me to download stuff. Also it has installed it's own desktop . I have done a scan with McFee and also avast but it has done nothing . Below is my logfile.

1.scan with removeit pro
2.then clik fix
3.if there a file that cannot be fix...
4.cut the file and pasted it on the destop.
5.restart the computer..
6.deleted the filoe that u paste on the destop ealier..
7. try scab again...

Thanks for the advice, I managed to fix some of the problems but there are two files , msole.dll and system32/user 32.dll. I don't know how to manually fix them and I don't know where to find them in my computer.

Hi,

I am not able to do any research right now, so I am not commenting on whether those files are ok to remove. In regard to questions about finding things and removing them:

Link to check files:

Display hidden and system files:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html
(It would be wise to put this back to hidden when your system is fixed.)

Look at the 021 lines, msole is in c:\windows.
The other is probably c:\windows\system32.

Tutorial on a file deletion program:

(If your files are stand alone, this will probably work. If they are being reloaded from another hidden file, this will not be the final solution.)
