I have looked through all your posts and it seems you have gone through everything. Click on the link at the end of my post and then click on keys. This will show you step by step screen views of how to enter the keys in the cas menu. It could be something simple. Although you have said that the 10 boxes you got have all the same fault. So maybe you got a faultly batch.

went through the step by step and i have noticed that when i go into the nagra screen the id provider is ntl but on mine i have searched for ntl and i cant find it yet all the other providers are there,any ideas.

Type 5401 into the provider id area.

hey scouse thanks for giveing me that step by step guide,i set the default key and ntl appeared on top of the nagra screen,i entered the keys and heyyyyyyyyyyyy presto im back on.simple i know but a big thanks to you guys out there,where would we be without yous,so thanks again,hey you never said weather you were pool or a toffe.

Sometimes what seems like the hardiest things is the simple thing. Glad your up and runnin again. Now spread the word to the other 9 boxes that are down :)
