my psp is currently at 3.10 oea . GAmes such as burnout and ridge racer cant be played on my psp it will stuck just like that.IS there any solution . Please help, Thank You.

there can be many reasons..

Do you have a UMD in drive and No UMD set off in the recovery menu?
