Sorry m8 but there is nothing anyone online can do for you, direct unlocking is your only option.

FYI, the USA 6030 will not work in Africa even you do unlock it, due to frequency incompatibility.

Your brother needs to send you a quad-band model for it to work in Africa/Ghana.

The 6030 will also NOT work anywhere in Europe and its surrounding countries due to the same reason as above.
