HELP PLEASE !!!! Play ISO's on psp firmware 2.8 with eloader ?

First of all Hi guys this is my first post.I wanted to know : here is my psps configuration -
PSP Firmware 2.8
1GB memory stick
eloader (dont know which version sorry)
I wanted to know if i could play an iso like mortal kombat unchained or fifa 07.Cuz there are millions of torrents holding these isos for download.So guys im wondering if I download one of these ISO's how do I play them on my psp.I would be obliged if u reply me.Thanks in advance guys.

#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe

I've made a mistake in my post sorry my psp is ver 2.71.Ive not downgraded it yet.The iso's on torrents have [EUR],[USA] in brackets besides their name will this make a difference for the performance on my psp ?.Oh and I forgot to add after downloading a iso via utorrent I have realised that they are many RAR files they have numbers at the end like 001,002.What do these rar files mean and how do i get an ISO out of them?.And does running an ISO take alot of ur battery power ? thanx in advance !!

You can either upgrade to 2.80 then use the downgrader from my link, or search for an 2.71 downgrader. Neither one needs anything extra like gta or lumines.
Get WinRAR and extract any one of the split WinRAR archives.
Running from memory stick require much less battery power, because the umd motor run less often. Saves a good chunk of an hour.
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

is that really tru, ever since i put iso/cso's in my battery has been dieng really quickly.

Xmb customization has nothing to do with it. It's more likely you are overclocking your cpu. Make sure your cpu is set default or 266mhz.
A random note about preserving your battery. Do not keep it plugged in while playing. Because once the battery charges to 100%, it will keeping doing a drain-charge cycle. It really hurts the battery life in the long run.

Ok guys my real aim is to play mortal kombat unchained iso or cso on my psp.I cant afford bricking my psp as it was a gift from my dad and I live in India.My dad got me da psp from the USA.But hey I saw this video of a guy using devhook and henc to run mk unchained on a 2.71 firmware.can someone give the links of devhook and henc so that i can do the same.I got xtrusions 2.71 downgrader (FULL VERSION) but im a little scared to use it though (Bricking My PSP).My dad will kill me if I brick it as it was really expensive.Help me out here guys.Thanx in advance

listen veeru if u scared to downgrade dont downgrade it or ur lovely psp will turn into a black shadow. upgrade ur psp from 2.70 to 3.10 OE_A its the best firmware cause i am using it almost it plays every iso game. do it now. and listen to on ur recovery mode first.

he cant upgrade to 3.10OE without downgradin u fool! lol tht what he sayin he to scared to do it...
i have DG 7 PSPs all gone fine.
1. make sure battery FULL
2. make sure u READ THE README FILES TWICE!
3. remember to take ya time and your be fine
4. if u get stuck come back here or PM me
99% of the downgraders are all safe and very hard to brick a psp!
the 2.71 downgrader is 100% safe as all on screen from pc
my white psp came wit 2.71 and i like u was very scared of doin it and worse wile it was Downgradin but ull feel so much better wen its done and u got 3.40OE custom firmware!

but listen i upgraded my psp directly from 2.71 to 3.10 oe_a and nothing hapened to my psp. i think my psp has become much better than first it plays every iso and every emulator. it works fine.lol

Ok first of all thanx a lot for the replies and I would like to know will the custom firmware play mk unchained and any other isos like shin budokai another road ? cuz i really want these games and is the idea of devhook and henc a bad one ? Oh and guys i just remembered is there any homebrew application that hides the psp xmb while im listenin to music as i cant see my wallpaper clearly in the background !! thanx in advance

You either upgrade from 2.71 SE, or you are lying.
And I'm not even sure you can upgrade directly from 2.71SE.

Ok thanx for the help guys but I just want ur help for one more reason......... When my psp loads a game it takes damn long and only when i hold it vertically it starts making that screeching kind of sound{UMD is loading} and then after a while the game will load.Whereas my bros psp it works normally.Once I accidentally dropped my psp and after that ive been having this problem of games taking longer on my psp to load than on others !!!!!!!! Please reply soon and thanx in advance

dont support sony by usin UMD's get 3.40OE custom firmware and use ISO's! simple answer to tht 1.

Ok heres my real problem ok ?
my psp loads damn slow.(Dont worry im not impatient i know cuz there always should be some screeching sound when the umds loading).But suprisingly when i hold the psp by the white handle (Which is used so that u dont drop it by mistake) the screeching starts and the umd loads normally and the game loads.The same thing happens when i hold the psp vertically it loads properly.All my videos and music on my psp load perfectly well !!!!.But only UMDs when i hold the psp vertically or by the white chord it loads !!!! Whats wrong ????

Sounds like the laser might be out of place. I wouldn't run anymore umd, until you figure out what's wrong. If it's permanently damaged, you will need to replace the whole damn thing.
