I just got my wiikey today and plan on installing tomorrow, but I don't know if I have to flash the firmware on the chip or just run the Update cd 1.2?
Someone help me out with that please?

If you could just point me in the right direction that would be awesome!

Download the 1.2 DVD ISO (or build package on the wiikey site). This will allow for Region Override. There has been no official firmware update as of yet.
