Hi,long story short(long,anyway :):brand new 77004(1week),modded with a messiah(said the modder),i duno what version.
At boot,square button hold starts a toxic 1.2 bios,which DOES NOT save it's settings(modbo??),and which bios reports a DMS4 SE hardware..(?)A toxic 1.4 bios upgrade disk will say "no dms harware detected"
PROBLEMS:Rattatouille,Samurai champloo,GTA liberty city stories,Burnout 3, cannot create game data folder at all or save in game:CORRUPT DATA.
Other games works ok,gow2,soc,etc...Media:Verbatim,burned at 4x,Nero If i go to PS2 browser,there are those blue cubes of corrupt data(no,not the U.L.Elf or sms or SYS-CONF,i made icons for them).I can delete the blue corup cubes.
If i start the games again,they create once more those corrupt data cubes,when they say "cannot save,directory creation failed,no mem card present..etc" respectively,all sorts of messages..
Also,problems with pasting ,for example,sms from dvd to MC0:paste failed...
I did not reset,trip over the cables etc during saving process.I have 5 mb free on the 8 mb card.
What can i do? I'm really mad now,i went to that modder being told by a friend that he mods ok,i was really noob then,didn't know about crystal,matrix,all the good chips.Is it from the chip?What kind of chip is it anyway..?How can i find out?...any help much apreciatted...
