Problem with UMD dump

I've got a dump of loco roco, and so far, it's a bin file (named UMD_DATA) and then a folder called PSP_GAME, which is 700 meg and i assume is full of game files. How would you suggest that i get this running? At the moment i've got a 1.5 psp with fastloader, but will be happy to reupgrade to 3.40 OE.
Thanks for any help, and i'm really sorry if i've missed a trick in the stickied guides. I had a quick skim before I posted though.

start umdgen drag and drop the PSP_GAME folder and the UMD_DATA.BIN file
to where it says " no items to show " then save and umdgen will generate a iso
