gba emulator for fw 3.40oe?

hey again long story short my psp work now and it is at fw 3.40oe i was wondering if somone could tell me step my step how to put a gba emulator on and put a rom in it because i have tried a bunch or programs but i cant seem to figure them out they all say cannot load game so if somone could please help me :)
