sagem dbox lost channels

Can anyone offer any advice my sagem d box was working fine up until a few days ago now i have lost most of the channels i have just rescanned and it as only found 70 transponders where as it used to find over 300 any help much appreciated.

I'm no expert but I was having similar trouble i lost my channels and couldn't pick them all up in a scan. I reflashed the image on my box, everything is ok now again bar 2 movie channels that were scrambled before i lost the channels

thanks srevor i thought that what i would have to do me and my brother tried for hours today to reflash but just never had a clue.I was hopeing i could just go in the menu and mess about with a few menus well suppose we will have to try again another day cos me heads wrecked now with it.

sly drama and comedy are scrambled i get sound and epg but the picture has been scrambled for the last few days
