I read this name in a couple of posts but not enough info was provided. I gathered so far that it was about doing something with PS2 movies.

After doing a google search I've come up only with this link:

But no info.

Anyone have any more knowledge they'd like to spare about this piece of software? What it's purpose, how do you use it, have a link to the maker of it?
